Estefans’ mixed-use Miami project comes to life in new renderings

Architect Fernando Romero EnterprisE has released renderings for a downtown Miami tower planned by the Estefans.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan announced the mixed-use EE Miami earlier in the year, the Next Miami reports. The project will be located at 1400 Northeast First Avenue with 520,000 square feet of space.

The building’s design is intended to be a “metaphor of the city’s diversity,” according to a statement on the FR-EE website. [The Next Miami] — Chris Guanche
