“Million Dollar Listing Miami” agent Chad Carroll just listed a $3.5 million estate for sale in Boca Raton. The Douglas Elliman agent told The Real Deal the listing is “one of the craziest” he’s ever come across.
“It’s like a fantasy world when you walk in,” Carroll said. Finding the right buyer will be like finding a needle in a haystack, he told TRD.
The home, located at 7601 Wood Duck Drive, has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-bathrooms and a four-car garage. It’s 7,400 square feet and has more than $1.2 million in custom decor, including a thatched roof Tiki hut-style pool house.
