Palm Beach County is host to the wealthiest zip code in all of Florida, so it’s no surprise that November’s highest priced homes all hit well above the $10 million mark. Here are the top five listings in the county last month, using data from Zillow:
#1 A self-described “boater’s dream,” this 10,320-square-foot villa is on the market for $18.5 million. Illustrated Properties’ Michelle Newman has the listing for 1320 North Lake Way in Palm Beach. Smith & Moore designed the eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bath home, which was last sold in 2008 for $11 million.
#2 The Delray Beach oceanfront home at 1111 North Ocean Boulevard was last sold in May of 1986 for $7 million. It’s on the market now for $18 million. Pascal Liguori of Premier Estate Properties has the listing for this seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom, 14,742-square-foot home.
#3 Corcoran’s Randy Ely has the listing for the 11,131-square-foot estate at 860 South Ocean Boulevard, which is going for $16.5 million. The Lantana ocean-to-intracoastal home last sold in 2006 for $14.5 million. The home has six bedrooms, eight baths, a theater and an elevator.
#4 This North Palm Beach home has been on and off the market since 2008, but is now back on at $15.3 million. K2 Realty’s James Kenny has the listing for this 11,223-square-foot, six-bedroom and seven-and-a-half bathroom house located at 10993 Jack Nicklaus Drive. It comes with a putting green with a sand trap, a boathouse and a cabana bathroom.
#5 Last on the list is another Ocean Boulevard estate at 1230 North Ocean Boulevard. It was listed in November for $13.5 million, but the price was brought down this month to $13 million. Fite Shavell & Associates’ Paula Wittmann posted the listing for this four-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean home.
