A recently completed 10-unit townhome project in Coral Gables was sold for $11 million, according to a published report.
The complex, which sits on a 25,000-square-foot lot, was reportedly sold to Anastasia Gables, a Coral Gables-based company managed by Fausto Callava, Antonio P. Pardo and Ivette M. Pardo.
The project at 511 and 525 Anastasia Avenue was sold by Doral-based Anastasia Coral Gables, led by Shoma Homes President Masoud Shojaee, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
Anastasia Coral Gables bought the site in 2012 for $2 million and demolished a 20-unit apartment building on the property, the website reported. [South Florida Business Journal] — William J. Gorta
