The most expensive listings to hit the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach real estate markets over the past week ranged from nearly $7 million to more than $22 million, according to Zillow data. Unsurprisingly, Miami Beach had the priciest property. At the low-end of the living large listings was an equestrian estate in Palm Beach.
Miami-Dade
#1 Douglas Elliman’s Christopher Leavitt has the listing for 6747 Collins Avenue #201, which is priced at $22.5 million. The condo, located at developer Don Peebles’ Bath Club Estates, has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and 9,207 square feet.
#2 This Four Seasons Residences condo is on the 54th floor at 1425 Brickell Avenue #54DEF. It’s on the market for $22 million and has 8,911 square feet, private elevators, a home theater and three balconies. Douglas Elliman’s John Sandberg has the listing for the five-bedroom, 10-bathroom home.
#3 Luxe Living Realty’s Dora Puig has the listing for 222 Ocean Drive, on the market for $15 million. It has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and 7,707 square feet. The townhouse, designed by Briggs Edward Solomon, has a private rooftop deck with a pool and wine cellar.
Palm Beach
#1 A condo at 3000 South Ocean Boulevard is Palm Beach’s priciest listing at $11 million. The 5,067-square-foot penthouse has oceanfront and intracoastal views, a private elevator and marble floors. Douglas Elliman’s Niki Higgins has the listing for the three bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom condo.
#2 This Jupiter estate at 217 Commodore Drive was listed at $8 million. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has 12,000 square feet and was last sold in 1999 for $2.9 million. Illustrated Properties’ Robert Smylie has the listing.
#3 An equestrian estate in Wellington was put on the market for $6.7 million. The land was last sold in 2012 for $600,000. The 3.7-acre estate has an 11-stall barn, a separate two-bedroom house and a 100-foot lap pool. The house, located at 3575 Aiken Court, has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Broward
#1 A mansion on a double lot in Hallandale Beach is listed for $12 million. The house, located at 101 Holiday Drive, has seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. It was last sold in 2012 for $4.1 million. Douglas Elliman’s Janet Ben Zvi has the listing for the 38,400-square-foot home.
#2 Another Hallandale Beach estate was listed this week at 624 Oleander Drive for $9.9 million. The site was last sold in 1996 for $490,000. Broker Janet Ben Zvi also has the listing for this eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home.
#3 A waterfront Fort Lauderdale estate was put on the market for $9.3 million this week. The three-story, 10,086-square-foot home at 2328 Aqua Vista Boulevard was last sold in 2012 for $5.2 million.
