Million Dollar Listing Miami’s” Chris Leavitt has a new multi-million dollar listing west of Boca Raton that he told The Real Deal has been attracting athletes — although he won’t share who.

Leavitt, of Douglas Elliman, is the broker for the Heron Bay home, which last sold in August of 2005 for $1.05 million, according to Zillow. It has been on and off the market since 2011.

Despite that, Leavitt told TRD he doesn’t think it will be a difficult sell for him. “I have taken on so many listings that have been on the market with different brokers and I always sell them,” he said.

The 16,349-square-foot Mediterranean estate in Parkland, just north of Coral Springs, has six bedrooms, eight baths and one half-bath. The home, located at 6855 Northwest 122nd Avenue, is on the market for $4.6 million. He’s planning on reaching out to the local broker community to help him sell the home, in addition to relying on his social media following.

“There are so many houses on the market that are over the top. It’s not that. The style is transitional. It could go modern or very traditional,” Leavitt said. — Katherine Kallergis
