Miami-based Lennar Homes reportedly has plans to build a townhouse community called Simonton Court in Coconut Creek.
The 133 townhomes would be built at 4014 Allerdale Place, on the south side of West Hillsboro Boulevard and east of Lyons Road.
The developer paid $1.1 million for the property in October, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The property’s previous owner bought it out of foreclosure in 2009 after development stalled during the recession.
