Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets – Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach – over the past week ranged from $3.8 million to more than $15.4 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and at the low end of the living-large listings was a Jupiter estate.

Miami-Dade

Continuum South condo, 50 South Pointe Drive

#1 Douglas Elliman’s Niki Higgins has the listing for a Continuum South condo, which is on the market for $12.8 million with a $3,660 price per square foot. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit has 3,947 square feet and is located at 50 South Pointe Drive, #1402-1403.

The Bath Club Estates, 6747 Collins Avenue

#2 Unit #701 at Don Peebles’ Bath Club Estates was listed at $10.6 million. Douglas Elliman’s (and Million Dollar Listing Miami star) Chris Leavitt has the listing for the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath at  6747 Collins Avenue.

9320 Gallardo Street, Coral Gables

#3 A Coral Gables estate broke into this week’s priciest listings at $9.9 million. The 9,896-square-foot home, which comes with a four-car garage and an infinity pool, was last sold in April 2003 for nearly $2.1 million. Avatar Real Estate Services’ Toni Schrager has the listing for the eight-bedroom, eight-bath house at 9320 Gallardo Street.

Palm Beach

15 South Lake Trail, Palm Beach

#1 An intracoastal mansion with a guest house was listed for $15.4 million. Corcoran’s Kristina Anderson McPherson has the listing at 15 South Lake Trail, which was last sold in February 2003 for $1.2 million. The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom house has 9,784 square feet.

243 Ocean Drive, Jupiter

#2 Illustrated Properties’ Andrew Russo has the listing for the beachfront Jupiter estate, which is on the market for nearly $4 million. The 5,597-square-foot home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms at $982 per square foot. It’s at 243 Ocean Drive.

19730 Grandview Terrace, Jupiter

#3 A five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was listed at $3.8 million. Waterfront Properties’ Rob Thomson has the listing for 19730 Grandview Terrace in Jupiter, which last sold in July of this year for $2.5 million. It has 11,884 square feet.

Broward

3550 Southwest 121st Avenue, Davie

#1 Keller Williams’ Jose Perez has the listing for this Davie home at 3550 Southwest 121 Avenue, which is on the market for $5.5 million. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house is on a 9.8-acre lot. It was last sold in November 1982 for $850,000 and has 10,178 square feet.

1200 Holiday Drive #1103, Fort Lauderdale

#2 A Fort Lauderdale condo was listed for $5 million at 1200 Holiday Drive, #1103. Florida Luxurious Properties’ Julie Jones Bernard has the listing for the 6,631-square-foot home, which last sold for $2 million in May 2010. It has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.

19349 Waters Edge Street, Weston

#3 A six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom Weston home was listed for $4.3 million. Coldwell Banker’s Heddy Ghersi has the listing for the 8,948-square-foot house at 19349 Waters Edge Street, which last sold in March 2010 for $4.6 million.
