Tamarac single-family home community collection sold out

A single-family home community in Broward sold its first collection of homes in 120 days on the market.

Central Communities’ Central Parc sold 55 of 253 homes. The developer is an affiliate of Miami-based 13th Floor Investments.

“Central Parc offers a lifestyle and quality in Broward County that buyers haven’t seen in a while”, Central Parc sales consultant Deb Marton said in a news release.

The community, located just west of the Florida Turnpike in Tamarac, will include a neighborhood pool, BBQ area, and scenic walking paths and biking trails, according to a news release. Prices for the homes range from $247,990 to $305,990. — Katherine Kallergis
