Chef Ralph Pagano will open a restaurant at the University of Miami.
Pagano, who was a contestant on “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Iron Chef America,” signed a lease to open a restaurant at UM’s Life Science & Technology Park.
The restaurant is expected to open early next year, the South Florida Business Journal reported. It will be on the first floor of 1951 Northwest Seventh Avenue.
Pagano is also the host of the Travel Channel’s “Pressure Cook” and the chef at Naked Taco, a Mexican restaurant on the first floor of Dream South Beach Hotel. UMLSTP is managed by Wexford Science & Technology, a BioMed Realty Trust company. [South Florida Business Journal] — Katherine Kallergis
