Miami law firm McDonald Hopkins is expanding its offices by 8,700 square feet this week at downtown Miami’s Southeast Financial Center —  and it’s not the only one in recent months.

DLA Piper expanded by 22,500 square feet to a total of 45,134 square feet and Salcedo Attorneys at Law P.A. expanded by 1,470 square feet to 5,111 square feet. Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP renewed its lease of 14,465 square feet, according to a news release.
