After receiving town council approval last month for an assisted living facility in Palm Beach County, the developers are ready to build.
Palm Beach Gardens-based NuVista Living will construct a 235,000-square-foot Institute for Healthy Living facility in Jupiter, according to published reports.
The four-building institute will include a 70-bed assisted-living facility, a 129-bed nursing home, and a 30-bed center for people with brain disorders. It is expected to take about 15 months to build, the Palm Beach Post reported.
The $70 million institute is a medical partnership with the Scripps Research Institute and Jupiter Medical Center. [Palm Beach Post] — Kristina Puga
