Construction of the 38-unit boutique condo residences Sereno at Bay Harbor Islands began last week with the demolition of a building on the property.
Integra Investments and Crescendo Real Estate, the sales brokerages for the project, were onsite celebrating the sold-out condos developed by Integra and 13th Floor Investments. Nearly half of the buyers of the one- to three-bedroom units, priced from $912,000 to $1.5 million, are Brazilian.
Sereno’s interiors will be designed by Interiors by Steven G., which will include private elevator access, and European design finishes and cabinetry, according to a press release.
In addition to a fitness center, Sereno will also offer the Bay Club — its own private marina featuring kayaks, paddleboards and boat services for residents. The Bay Club’s rooftop deck will offer an outdoor movie theatre, fire pit and landscaped gardens. — Kristina Puga
