Riva Fort Lauderdale, a 15-story riverfront residential tower, introduced brokers to its eight penthouse units at a recent celebration. The 100-unit condo project will feature a Riva water taxi boat service for residents.
Units range from $645,000 to more than $1.7 million, with penthouses starting at $2 million. Condos will feature private elevator access, contemporary bathrooms with porcelain flooring, gourmet kitchens and outdoor terraces.
“Because we have unobstructed views east to the ocean and west to the setting sun, we asked our designers to maximize our balconies as outdoor living spaces,” Premier Developer’s principal Bradley Deckelbaum said in a statement. “They now extend up to 70 feet long and 13 feet deep, all with summer kitchens.”
Construction is expected to begin in February. — Katherine Kallergis
