Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets – Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach – over the past week ranged from nearly $6 million to $35 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property – a $35 million mansion –and a Broward home was at the low end. 

Miami-Dade

#1 Developer Henry Torres and his wife, Nilda, put their Coral Gables home, located at 9405 Old Cutler Lane, on the market. Torres, founder and president of the Astor Companies, and his wife bought the 12,636-square-foot home for $6.4 million in 2002. One Sotheby’s International’s Ben Moss has the listing for the 1.5-acre property, which has seven bedrooms and eight baths. It was built in 1999 and is on the market for nearly $14 million.

#2 A six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home at 709 East Dilido Drive was put on the market for $13.8 million. The Miami Beach property was last sold in 2012 for $2.3 million. Calibre International Realty’s Julian Johnston has the listing for the 6,446-square-foot house, complete with waterfront views.

#3 A “contemporary Bali-style” home with six bedrooms and six bathrooms was listed for $13 million. The 6,233-square-foot house sits on a .3-acre lot at 14 West San Marino Drive, and was last sold in 2008 for $1.1 million. Calibre International Realty’s Julian Johnston has the listing.

Palm Beach

#1 This week’s priciest listing was for 3682 Princeton Place in Boca Raton. The 34,548-square-foot mansion is on the market for a whopping $35 million. The “Bell-Estate” at the Woodfield Country Club has eight bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#2 A Gulf Stream home at 700 Wright Way was put on the market for $15 million. Corcoran’s Candace Friis has the listing for the six-bedroom, six-bathroom house. The 14,783-square-foot home is surrounded by the Intracoastal on one side and a private golf club on the other.

#3 Located in golf legend Jack Nicklaus’ Bear’s Club, this Jupiter estate at 191 Bears Club Drive was listed for $13.5 million. The nearly 16,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms and seven baths. Denice Sexton of Illustrated Properties has the listing.

Broward

#1 This Hallandale Beach home was last sold in 1981 for $77,000. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom house is now on the market for $10.5 million. Douglas Elliman’s Janet Ben Zvi has the listing for 660 Oleander Drive, which has 7,468 square feet.

#2 A self-described tropical resort in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $8.5 million. The 8,331-square-foot house at 31 Isla Bahia Drive has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths and separate maid’s quarters. Florida Luxurious Properties’ Julie Jones Bernard has the listing for the house, last sold in 2002 for $2 million.

#3 A waterfront Las Olas Point house at 200 Fiesta Way is a bargain for $5.95 million. The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house has 3,882 square feet and was last sold in 2010 for $2 million. Coast Properties of South Florida’s Jeff Greenberg has the listing for the home, which was built in 1974.
