More than two years after it broke ground, a pre-housing crash condo tower in the Brickell neighborhood is finally complete.
The high-rise, which broke ground in September 2012 — 1100 Millecento — will feature an infinity pool, spa and a cinema screening room, according to published reports.
The 42-floor tower has 382 units and is located on 1100 South Miami Avenue. Construction was originally scheduled to begin in late 2007 but had been canceled due to the housing crash, Curbed Miami reported.
Related Group developed the project, which received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, and closings will start in the next month. [Curbed] — Kristina Puga
