Another day, another high-rise proposal submitted.
A New York developer submitted plans for a 36-story condo tower at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. Plans include 429 units, 27 of which would be studio apartments, 248 one-bedroom units, 149 two-bedroom units and five penthouse units,the Next Miami reported.
Atlas Capital Group bought the site last year for $13.6 million. The mixed-use project will include nearly 13,000 square feet of retail, if all goes according to plan, according to the Next Miami. Kobi Karp is the architect.
