Newgard Development Group and Menin Hospitality announced their newest project on Friday — Gale Boutique Hotel & Residences in Fort Lauderdale.
Both companies, along with Fort Lauderdale investor Dev Motwani’s Merrimac Ventures, will incorporate design elements from Gale South Beach, according to a press release. The waterfront project will include a 96-room hotel and adjacent 128-unit luxury condo, located at 2900 Riomar Street. Newgard Realty is marketing and selling the units, priced from $385,000.
“My parents were instrumental in helping transform the area into an upscale, family-oriented destination. Bringing Harvey’s vision for the project and the Gale brand to the area is another important step in that direction,” Motwani said in a statement.
Amenities will include a rooftop sky desk, private lobby, fitness center and spa, concierge service, resort-style pools and full privileges at the Gale Hotel and at Menin Hospitality’s properties across the country. The property will have a rental program as well.
Units will range in size from 780 square feet to nearly 2,000 square feet. Menin Hospitality operates Sanctuary South Beach, the Bentley South Beach, Kaskades Suits at Gale South Beach and Gale South Beach. — Katherine Kallergis
