The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets – Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach – over the past week ranged from nearly $9 million to $30 million, according to Zillow data. Broward had the priciest property – a $30 million mansion – and a Hallandale Beach house was at the low end.
Miami-Dade
#1 A nine-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in Miami Beach was listed for $14.6 million. The 11,939-square-foot house, located at 121 North Hibiscus Drive, sits on a waterfront half-acre lot and includes a third-floor sun deck. Duffy Realty’s Rosa Jacquelin has the listing for the property, which last sold in 1994 for $860,000.
#2 A condo at the Grand Venetian is on the market for nearly $13 million. Unit #4 at 10 Venetian Way is 4,750 square feet and has three bedrooms and three baths. Douglas Elliman’s Horacio LeDon has the listing for the Miami Beach home.
#3 One of three gated homes on Mashta Point in Key Biscayne was listed for $12.9 million. The 6,433-square-foot house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an infinity lap pool. 760 South Mashta Drive was last sold in 2009 for $7.2 million. Palm Beach
#1 Two equestrian estates made the list this week. The first, at 13874 Quarter Horse Trail in Wellington, is on the market for $18 million. The 5.6-acre estate comes with a custom built 10-stall barn, trainer’s quarters and koi ponds. Michael Bombar of Darell Bowen Realty has the listing.
#2 Douglas Elliman’s Steve Davis has the listing for this classic Palm Beach waterfront house. The 6,400-square-foot house at 377 North Lake Way is on the market for $15.5 million. It was built in 1941 and expanded to five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths in 1995. The property was last sold in 1984 for $1.4 million.
#3 This week’s other equestrian estate is on the market for $15 million. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 13700 Quarter Horse Trail in Wellington sits on nearly 10 acres. It comes with a 17-stall barn, separate guest quarters and was last sold in 2013 for $8 million. Maria Mendelsohn of Illustrated Properties has the listing.
Broward
#1 A waterfront home at 9 Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $29.5 million. The five-bedroom, 10-bathroom house comes with a separate catering kitchen and apartment. Douglas Elliman’s Sheryl Hodor has the listing for the 18,127-square-foot mansion.
#2 Hand-painted ceilings are among this Mediterranean estate’s features. The 12,527-square-foot mansion at 1131 Hillsboro in Hillsboro Beach is on the market for nearly $18 million. The five-bedroom home was built in 2005. Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Realty’s Tony Huang has the listing.
#3 A seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house at 612 Oleander Drive in Hallandale Beach is on the market for $8.95 million. Douglas Elliman’s Janet Ben Zvi has the listing for the 6,609-square-foot home, which last sold in 1981 for $350,000.
