Chad Oppenheim has unveiled plans for his latest project in South Florida — an ultra-luxury home in Golden Beach.
The massive 23,000-square-foot project at 699 Ocean Boulevard includes eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, an 11,000-square-foot spa and a fitness center.
The home will sit on a three-quarter-acre beachside lot with access to a 1.3-mile private beach, Architects Newspaper Blog reported.
The Golden Beach property comes with a price tag of $36 million. Jacob Abramson’s Miami Golden Properties, the developer, is selling the home.
Oren Alexander, who represents Miami Golden Properties, told The Real Deal that the team is waiting on final approvals, but once cleared construction will finish in 18 months.
”People are demanding contemporary living,” Alexander told TRD. “You want to have indoor and outdoor living. This is the only contemporary house being built on the beach in Miami-Dade county. ” [Architects Newspaper Blog] — Sean Stewart-Muniz
