Maxwelle Real Estate Group unveiled plans Thursday for a new luxury condominium project on Hollywood Beach.
Oceanbleau, at 6085 North Ocean Drive, is scheduled for completion in December 2016. The tower will house 48 units, starting at $1.6 million. Floor plans range from 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet, with three- to five-bedroom units.
The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership is designing the building in conjunction with EGS2 Corp., which is handling the landscaping. Fanny Haim & Associates is responsible for interior design.
The developer said every unit will have views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each unit will also feature a European-style kitchen, 10-foot-high ceilings (12-feet-high for the penthouse), lounging areas and marble master bathrooms with separate spa tub and shower.
“Oceanbleau is the ideal location for those interested in superb South Florida culture and entertainment,”Ryan Weisfisch, managing director for Maxwelle Real Estate Group, said in a statement. “Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park and Las Olas are only minutes away, along with a marina within walking distance allowing residents to reap the benefits of a boating lifestyle without the everyday hassles that come with it.” — Sean Stewart-Muniz
