A new luxury condo building is coming to Coral Gables, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced Thursday.
Coldwell Banker’s Jeanne Nicastri told The Real Deal that Alirio Torrealba and United Developers Miami will develop the project.
Biltmore Parc will be designed by Bellin & Pratt Architects and built by T.A. Builders. Avazanto Design will be responsible for interior design.
The team will break ground this summer, with construction scheduled to finish in December 2016.
“Biltmore Parc is really exciting because its the first pre-construction project in six years that’s in walking distance to the city of Coral Gables,” Nicastri told TRD.
Nicastri said the five-story building at 718 Valencia Avenue will have 32 units ranging in price from $950,000 to $1.65 million. Floor plans range from two to three bedrooms and 1,700 to 2,500 square feet.
The units include European-style kitchens, bathrooms with separate showers and bathtubs, and walk-in laundry rooms. Also included are NanaWalls, which are glass walls that fold inward.
Residents will be given a one-year membership to the nearby Biltmore Hotel, where they can take advantage of its pool, spa and social events.
