Rise, Brickell City Centre’s luxury condo tower, celebrated its topping off recently.
Swire Properties’ topped off the $1.05 billion mixed-use project’s west block, which includes Rise, an office tower and the block’s four-story retail center. The retail component will be be anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue.
“To be moving vertical at such a healthy pace, in a time where all eyes are on Miami, is a tremendous achievement for us,” Swire president Stephen Owens said in a statement.
Developers, construction workers and brokers celebrated the topping off at a ceremony during the day and into the night with a cocktail party.
Rise will have 43 stories and 390 units. Units will be priced from $550,000 to $2.7 million, and vary in size from 980 square feet to 3,200 square feet with one-to-four bedrooms
The project’s second condo tower, Reach, is set to top off this month.
