An interactive painting and wine studio has leased space off of U.S. 1 and Southwest 27th Avenue, The Real Deal has learned.

Bottle & Bottega will take over the former Z-Mattress space at 2765 Southwest 27th Avenue in Miami. Maryanne Rodriguez of High Street Retail USA represented the tenant in the 2,000-square-foot transaction.

The building has been gutted and is being renovated, Rodriguez told TRD.

The lease marks the studio’s third location to open in Florida. Nationwide, there are 16 Bottle & Bottega stores. — Katherine Kallergis
