A Delray Beach home sold for $19 million on Tuesday.
Nick Malinosky and Randy Ely of the Corcoran Group listed the home, which finished construction a week ago and sold furnished. The 12,153-square-foot home sits on a 1-acre lot and has two stories.
The oceanfront mansion at 901 South Ocean Boulevard has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an outdoor pool.
Malinosky told The Real Deal that the home had been contracted to a buyer 40 days before it was built. Delray 901 South Ocean sold the house.
Marc-Michaels Interior Design and Affiniti Architects designed the house, which was built by Mark Timothy, a Boca Raton-based contractor.
“It’s extremely hard to find brand new properties on the ocean in Palm Beach County,” Malinosky told TRD. “They just don’t exist.”
