Chromalloy, an international aircraft parts and repairs company, is expanding to Fort Lauderdale.
Adler Realty Services represented the company, which leased a 70,000-square-foot warehouse at 3600 Northwest 54th Street in the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center.
Daniel Heisler of Adler brokered the deal for Chromalloy. CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet represented the landlord, KTR Capital.
Chromalloy’s Material Solutions Sales Office will occupy the building, which sits on roughly three acres. The office will be used primarily for distributing aircraft parts, according to a press release.
The company operates in 17 countries and services the military, industrial and marine gas turbine market, according to the release. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
