Douglas Elliman, which recently held its annual awards ceremony — dubbed the Ellies — in New York, has doled out accolades for its largest South Florida producers.
Of $18 billion in sales volume nationwide in 2014, $1.21 billion of sales came from South Florida, the agency said. Douglas Elliman has nine offices throughout South Florida, with more than 600 agents.
Last year, Elliman boosted its Miami operations by acquiring Majestic Properties, a Miami Beach-based real estate company led by broker Jeff Morr, who joined Elliman, along with 100 agents.
Among its local achievements, the agency said its development marketing division sold out Faena House, headed the sales and marketing for the Residences at the Miami Beach EDITION, and has taken on a variety of projects, including The Bath Club Estates, Park Grove and The Shore Club.
Other highlights of the year include Chad Carroll and Chris Leavitt, appearing as two of the three stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Miami.
Douglas Elliman said its top agents and teams in South Florida, recognized by having the most gross commission income in 2014 were:
