Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4.5 million to $37.5 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a Lighthouse Point estate in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A North Bay Road house in Miami Beach is on the market for $18.9 million. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home at 5310 North Bay Road was last sold in December 2010 for $9.1 million. It has 9,000 square feet and was built in 2006.

#2 Luxury Living Realty’s Karla Abaunza has the listing for a Fisher Island condo at 7716 Fisher Island Drive. The 8,000-square-foot home was last sold in December 2012 for $5.75 million. It’s on the market for $15.7 million and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

#3 Jill Eber of The Jills is listing a Fisher Island condo at 7842 Fisher Island Drive. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit includes a fireplace, library and five private terraces with ocean views. It’s listed for $9.9 million. The 4,590-square-foot condo was built in 1990 and last sold in 1996 for $1.73 million.

Palm Beach

#1 A three-acre waterfront Palm Beach estate is on the market for $37.5 million, listing agent Jack Elkins of Fite Shavell & Associates announced Thursday. The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion, at 1370 South Ocean Boulevard, is currently under renovation. The 32,091-square-foot house features a fireplace, wine room, art gallery, library, gym and spa salon, massage room and yoga terrace. It also includes a new private dock with lifts for a boat and jet skis.

#2 A Wellington estate is on the market for $15 million. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house comes with a guest house and new 16-stall barn. Dawn Mastromarino of Berkshire Hathaway has the listing for 3060 Mallet Hill Court.

#3 La Casa Delle Palme in Boca Raton was listed for $12.3 million. The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom at 166 West Alexander Palm Road has 15,820 square feet and includes a 400-bottle wine cellar, salt water fish tank and six-car garage. Royal Palm Properties’ David Roberts has the listing for the waterfront estate, which was last sold in 2005 for $3.2 million.

Broward

#1 A six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house in Hillsboro Beach was listed for $12.9 million. The estate at 931 Hillsboro Mile includes a cabana, two master suites and balconies overlooking the ocean and intracoastal. Lynn Adrian of Nestor Poletto Sotheby’s Realty has the listing for the 8,659-square-foot home, which last sold in March 2010 for $11.75 million.

#2 A three-acre property in Parkland is on the market for $5.3 million. The 10,480-square-foot house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three wet bars, an elevator and theater. RE/MAX Advantage Plus’ Grace Noethen has the listing for the home at 8950 Northwest 70th Court. It last sold in April 2011 for $3.5 million.

#3 The listing for a house in Lighthouse Point begins with, “Buy the lifestyle, live the dream.” The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 3701 Northeast 27th Terrace is on the market for $4.5 million. It comes with a 2012 Aston Martin Rapide and a 42-foot 2005 Cigarette, according to the listing. George Kleier of Casa Rosa Estate is marketing the property, which has 6,028 square feet.
