Colliers International is relocating and expanding its South Florida offices, the company announced Friday.
The company made 17 hires for its South Florida offices in December, a week after Avison Young closed on its acquisition of Abood Wood Fay, which had been doing business as Colliers International South Florida.
The Miami office moved to 601 Brickell Key, Suite 630. The Fort Lauderdale office is moving this quarter, according to a press release, and the West Palm Beach office will remain at its original location on PGA Boulevard.
Colliers’ South Florida employees make up about one eighth of the company’s 200 employees.
“We have always had a strong and loyal group of professionals in South Florida, and with these new, corporately owned locations, we are in a position to quickly grow and expand in this market,” Craig Robinson, U.S. president of Colliers International, said in the press release.
Colliers Miami office announced last week that it brokered a deal for the purchase of 2.24 acres of land in Miami to a partnership between Ytech International, a Miami-based development and real estate investment firm, and developer Carlos Mattos.
