The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Key Biscayne and the city of Miami topped the list for the most luxury condo sales in Miami-Dade County last week, according to data from Condo.com.

The week’s most expensive sale was a unit at Ocean Tower Two in Key Biscayne, which sold for $3.5 million. Brigitte Nachtigall of Great Properties International was the listing agent.

There were a total of 130 sales in Miami-Dade last week, with prices averaging $300,615 per sale and $230 per square foot.

Nachtigall dominated the list with $16 million in sales spread over 73 closings. Fabian Dominguez, of Fabian & Peter Estates, was also among last week’s top selling agents, closing on four properties for a total of $6.6 million.
