Wine lovers rejoice: Total Wine & More is coming to the Fifth & Alton Shopping Center in South Beach.

The popular wine superstore will open a 19,076-square-foot store in the shopping center, replacing Staples, according to published reports.

Retail developer EDENS purchased Fifth & Alton from SkyRise developer Jeff Berkowitz in 2012.

The shopping center has 179,894 square feet, according to EDENS’s website and is anchored by Publix, Best Buy, Ross Dress for Less and TJ Maxx. [The Next Miami] — Sean Stewart-Muniz
