Leanna Kelly joined South Florida-based Opulence International Realty’s sports and entertainment division as a sales associate. Kelly joins Opulence from RMP Group where she was the director of marketing. Within this role, she was responsible for managing the firm’s key client relationships and oversaw the online and offline campaigns including public relations and event planning. She also started her own business, LAP Entertainment at the age of 23.

Miami-based Blanca Commercial Real Estate hired Chris Harak as senior vice president. Harak was previously assistant director for Savills Studley where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning and transaction management throughout Florida.

Darin Montgomery joined Integra Investments, a real estate private equity and development company, as vice president of development. Montgomery was last senior project manager for Moriarty of Florida, where he oversaw various luxury condo projects, including ECHO Aventura and MUSE in Sunny Isles. Montgomery also served as vice president of construction for The Related Group.

BBX Capital Partners, a subsidiary of BBX Capital, hired Nathan Dapeer as a principal. Dapeer joins BBX with private equity and investment banking experience where he concentrated on origination and execution of transactions and value creation initiatives at middle market companies.

Knightsbridge Park, a luxury-focused digital marketing agency, promoted Alexandra Cave as its first director of hospitality. The company has projects in Miami, New York and San Francisco. Cave will be leading the new hospitality division. She was last a senior project manager with Knightsbridge.

Douglas Wells joined Suffolk Construction as vice president of operations. Wells will oversee financial and operational aspects of key projects while assessing the progress of preconstruction and construction activities.

Suffolk’s portfolio includes projects such as All Aboard Florida’s MiamiCentral Station, Miami Worldcenter and Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach.  Prior to joining Suffolk, Wells served as a senior vice president for a Florida-based construction firm and was responsible for the operations of projects up to $700 million.
