Sawgrass 1 at Prologis Park completely leased
A nearly 100,000-square-foot Coral Springs industrial complex, Sawgrass 1, is 100-percent leased after a car dealer leased the remaining 31,208 square feet, Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.
Gateway, a St. Louis-based company that provides cars on consignment over the Internet since 1999, will move into Building A at 4020 Northwest 126th Avenue. Prologis, the complex’s developer, was represented by Christopher Metzger, Richard Etner Jr. and Christopher Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield.
“The Broward industrial market is thriving,” Metzger said in a statement. “The demand for facilities like Prologis Park far exceeds supply.”
Prologis is planning to develop another 407,000-square-foot warehouse or offer build-to-suit opportunities at a nearby 28-acre lot.
