Related’s Carlos Rosso and Gil Dezer of Dezer Development addressed 300 local real estate agents and awarded commission checks. Hyde Midtown project manager Javier Cuadros was also at the event.

The project, expected to be complete in 2018, will include 400 condo units, 80 hotel rooms, ground level stores and amenities such as a spa, tennis court, heated pool, valet parking and concierge services. Prices will range from $249,000 to $900,000, which are expected to appeal more to middle income buyers. — Katherine Kallergis
