Auberge, a partnership between Related Group, Fortune International Group and the Fairwinds Group, will be a 171-unit beachfront project in Fort Lauderdale. The 4.6-acre site at 2200 North Atlantic Boulevard will include a spa, restaurant and resort amenities. Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolf & Associates is the architect for the project, which will have prices in the $1000’s per square foot. Construction is slated to begin later this year. Auberge Resorts will reportedly manage the project.

The developers declined to provide details about the unit the Marinos plan to buy. The couple owns a four-bedroom townhouse in Weston, which they paid $655,000 for in February 2007.  — Katherine Kallergis
