Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $6 million to $19 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a Fort Lauderdale house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion at 485 Leucadendra Drive in Coral Gables was listed for $16.25 million. The 10,916-square-foot waterfront estate has a 100-foot dock and private master suite balcony. The property last sold in June 2012 for $11 million. Judy and Nathan Zeder of the Zeder Team at EWM have the listing.

#2 Douglas Elliman’s Brett Harris has the listing for a condo at the Continuum Miami Beach in the south tower. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom unit has 3,335 square feet. The Continuum is located at 100 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach. The unit is on the market for $15 million.

#3 A Setai Miami Beach unit was listed for $13.75 million. The 2,521-square-foot condo has three bedrooms, three baths and is on the 38th floor. Jennifer Victores of Luxury Living Realty has the listing for the oceanfront unit. The Setai is located at 2001 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach.

Palm Beach

#1 A two-acre property in Delray Beach was listed for nearly $19 million. The six-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bath home at 711 South Ocean Boulevard has 15,310 square feet and was built in 1996. The site was last sold in 1993 for $2.4 million. Derek Montgomery of Ocean & Intracoastal Properties has the listing for the mansion, which comes with a separate office, nursery, gym and maid’s quarters.

#2 Penny Reilly of Keller Williams Realty Wellington has the listing for 3261 Olde Hampton Drive in Wellington. The equestrian estate has three bedrooms, five bathrooms and 18,854 square feet. It’s on the market for $17.5 million and comes with a 16-stall barn.

#3 A waterfront Delray Beach estate was listed for $12 million. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 1171 South Ocean Boulevard was built in 1994 and was last sold in August 2013 for $8.8 million. Phillip Lyle Smith of Luxury Resort Portfolio has the listing for the 12,000-square-foot mansion.

Broward

#1 Casa Del Mar, a five-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate at 949 Hillsboro in Hillsboro Beach is on the market for $8.5 million. The 6,055-square-foot intracoastal estate has three stories and a 1920s Art Deco-inspired theater. Sheryl Hodor of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#2 A Southwest Ranches equestrian estate was listed for $6.9 million. The 13,000-square-foot home sits on more than six acres at 6401 Rodeo Drive. The eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom home comes with a 250-bottle wine cellar, 16-stall  stable and a lighted arena. David Suah of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#3 A 12,449-square-foot home in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $6 million. The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom mansion was last sold in August 2006 for $3.5 million. Diana Vanegas of Tekton Realty has the listing for 3013 Northeast 20th Court.
