A Walgreens in Plantation recently traded for $8.4 million.

The single-story, 12,018-square-foot building was purchased by Ronald and Margie Alter, who live in Boca Raton.

The couple purchased it from Evans Drugstore Plantation, which is tied to agricultural land-management firm Evans Properties, according to Broward County property records.

Located at 10181 West Broward Boulevard, the building sits on a 1.5-acre lot and was built in 2008. It was last sold in 2011 for $6.2 million by the Nob Hill Real Estate Group. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
