We’re thrilled to announce some of the panelists for The Real Deal South Florida’s Broward County Forum & Showcase, which will take place April 23 at the Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach.
Panelists for the first of two panels, What’s next for development in Broward?, will participate in a discussion of trends in everything from marketing and funding to architecture and design, set against a broader look at where Broward County is in this real estate cycle. The second panel, Foreign investment + South Florida, will discuss potential changes the industry should prepare for as volatility in foreign markets continues and the future of programs like EB-5 remains uncertain.
Panelists for the Broward discussion include:
Carlos Rosso, President of The Related Group’s Condominium Development Division
Kobi Karp, Principal of Kobi Karp Architecture
Scott Leventhal, Co-Founder of The Trillist Companies, Inc.
Jack McCabe, Founder of McCabe Research & Consulting
Bradley Deckelbaum, Owner of Premier Developers
Carolyn Ellert Block, Chair of the Broward Master Brokers Forum
Panelists for the Foreign investment + South Florida discussion have not yet been announced.
