New York-based JMH Development recently launched sales for Three Hundred Collins, which is designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen.
JMH founder Jason Halpern, along with architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, hosted real estate professionals and guests at South of Fifth’s Estiatorio Milos.
“With Three Hundred Collins we are transferring elements of nature indoors while maintaining a standard of secluded intimacy, so residents can enjoy the beauty of their natural surroundings in the privacy of their own homes,” Louis Buckworth said in a news release.
Three Hundred Collins, a 19-residence luxury condominium building in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach will offer units at an average $1,500 per square foot. Plans for Three Hundred Collins call for units on floors two through five, with a lobby and amenity area on the first floor, and parking behind the building. One- to- four-bedroom units, including four two-story “duplex” condos and three penthouses, will be priced at $1.2 million to $9 million. Units will range from 1,000 square feet to 3,700 square feet.
Three Hundred Collins will be located at at 300 Collins Avenue. — Katherine Kallergis
