A mixed-use building on the trendy Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach recently sold for $10 million to a New York-based Investor.

Located at 222 through 230 Clematis Street, the building is home to Starbuck’s and Rocco’s Tacos, which is a Mexican restaurant and bar with five locations in Florida and one in Brooklyn.

Atlas Real Estate Partners purchased the 32,661-square-foot property from owner Jonathan Satter, according to Palm Beach County property records. Satter bought the building in 2000 for $3.8 million.

The company also launched a crowdfunding campaign in 2014 to help fund its mixed-use project in Miami-Dade County, located in the artsy Wynwood neighborhood. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
