Park Grove, a collaboration between Related Group and Terra Group, hosted a roundtable discussion with Coconut Grove retailers that covered the area’s regrowth. Related’s Carlos Rosso and Terra Group’s David Martin moderated the panel, titled Regroving the Grove.
Panelists included Michael Feinstein of Büro Urban Workspaces; Maurizio Farinelli of Strada Restaurant; Sylvano Bignon of Green Street Cafe; and Raymond Fort of Arquitectonica.
Park Grove, at 2701 South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, is designed by Rem Koolhaas. The project will include two 20-story, 72-unit condo towers and a third 20-story building with 140 units. Prices in the 72-unit towers range from $2.1 million to $4.6 million, not including penthouses. Terra and Related hope to start building in April. — Katherine Kallergis
