A waterfront home in Coconut Grove sold for $11 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The two-story, six-bedroom, six-bathroom, two-half-bath house sits on a 1.6-acre lot with dock access, Miami-Dade property records show, and includes a pool, tennis courts, four-car garage and fireplace. Rex Hamilton of Rex Hamilton Corporation had the listing.

George Fink designed the 7,596-square-foot home in the 1920s and it was renovated and expanded in 2005, according to the listing. The interior was designed by Solis Betancourt. It’s located within walking distance of Ransom Everglades School and was built in 1926.

Ann Fairbanks is the seller. Fairbanks bought the house at 3505 Main Lodge Drive in April 2007 for $9.75 million. Peter Appel is the buyer. A mortgage was not recorded for the sale.
