Two retail stores and an eatery have signed leases for the Miami International Mall in Doral.

Simon Property Group, an international retail real estate firm that has stakes in malls like Aventura and Dadeland, announced the lease signings on Tuesday.

The new stores include: Freshii, a health-focused restaurant; Swarovski, a jewelry and home decor retailer; and MAC, a makeup retailer.

Freshii will open its second South Florida location at the mall in May, with its 613-square-foot lease. Its first location is in Wynwood.

Swarovski’s 916-square-foot location will open in the summer of 2015, and MAC is opening its 893-square-foot store in May.

Simon also announced furniture retailer The Patio Zone, which signed a 5,533-square-foot lease, has opened for business.

“Miami International Mall presents a unique retail mix to the Miami market, and the additions of Freshii, Swarovski, MAC and The Patio Zone further enhance our retail options,” said Mall Manager Alein Cadalso in a statement. “These concepts will certainly appeal to our community and compliment the overall shopping experience at our center.” — Sean Stewart-Muniz
