A Boca Raton mansion sold for $4.1 million after spending just six days on the market.
Located at 8747 Twin Lake Drive in the Long Lake Estates community, the Mediterranean-style home has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and 7,900 square feet. Interior design firm Marc-Michaels handled the home’s decor.
The one-acre property includes an outdoor pool and fountain in the driveway. Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman and “Million Dollar Listing Miami” had the listing. Brian Ross, broker associate with Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer.
Carroll told The Real Deal that a Canadian buyer purchased the home from Christopher Ferguson, the former owner of body supplement company BSN. Ferguson paid $3.85 million for the property to a company called Homes to Die For in 2007, according to Palm Beach County records.
“East Boca has been so hot for the past twelve months, but West Boca has been lagging behind,” Caroll told TRD. “I think a sale like this is going to change everything for the whole area.”
Carroll’s real estate team was named the best in South Florida by Douglas Elliman during the company’s award ceremony in February.
