The Bonterra housing community in Hialeah has signed 68 preconstruction contracts five months after it launched sales.
Located on 50 acres near Miami Lakes Drive and I-75, the community will house 394 residences that range in size from 2,042 square feet to 2,388 square feet. Prices start at nearly $350,000.
The developer, CC Homes, expects prices to rise as more homes sell. The company partnered with BBX Capital to build the community, according to a release.
Bonterra is on track to outsell the developer’s previous project, Monterra in Broward County’s Cooper City. Monterra had similar sales and was ranked by research company Metrostudy as the ninth best-selling community in 2011 and 2012, according to the release. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
