The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4.8 million to nearly $27 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a Weston house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour was listed for $27 million. Unit 2604, at 10295 Collins Avenue, has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The 7,779 square-foot penthouse was recently renovated and last sold in September 2008 for $8.9 million. Eduardo Gonzalez of Century 21 has the listing.

#2 Cesar Molina and Jodel Narcisse designed this 14,946-square-foot mansion at Gables Estates. The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath home at 181 Leucadendra Drive last sold in January 2012 for $15.8 million. Val Byrne of EWM Realty International has the listing. The 1.1-acre property is on the market for $22.5 million.

#3 Kobi Karp designed the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom estate at 580 Sabal Palm Road in Miami. The Bay Point home includes a private movie theater, outdoor garden and infinity pool. It’s on the market for $20 million. The site last sold in September for $4 million. Douglas Elliman’s Chad Carroll has the listing.

Palm Beach

#1 An eight-acre equestrian estate located inside Grand Prix Village in Wellington is on the market for $26 million. Robert S. Ross of Keller Williams Realty – Wellington has the listing for 3387 Olde Hampton Drive. The 13-bedroom, seven-bathroom home includes a more than 50-stall barn.

#2 Premier Estate Properties has the listing for 450 East Coconut Palm Road, which is on the market for $22.9 million. The Boca Raton home has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 19,938 square feet. It last sold in May for $9 million.

#3 If 50 stalls is too many, this 22-stall equestrian estate might be a better fit. The facility includes a manager’s apartment, wet bar, jump rings viewing area and three paddocks. The property at 3689 Grand Prix Farms Drive is on the market for nearly $10 million. Thomas Baldwin of Equestrian Sotheby’s International has the listing.

Broward

#2 The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Fort Lauderdale is on the market for $4.875 million. The 6,610-square-foot house at 341 Royal Plaza Drive last sold in December 2011 for just more than $1 million. Sandra Tagliamonte of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
