Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $3.4 million to $36 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a Fort Lauderdale house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A Fisher Island condo at 5282 Fisher Island Drive is on the market for $14 million. The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom unit has 6,700 square feet. It was built in 1992 and las sold for $4.85 million in July 2013. Jill Eber of “The Jills” and Coldwell Banker has the listing.

#2 A recently built home at 755 South Mashta Drive in Key Biscayne is on the market for $13.9 million. The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom house was has 7,750 square feet. Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

#3 194 South Island in Golden Beach was listed for $9.9 million. The 7,113-square-foot home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Roland Ruiz of Century 21 King Realty has the listing for the house, which was built in 1993 and last sold in February 2009 for $3.15 million.

Palm Beach

#1 Real estate tycoon Edward Falcone listed his 9,918-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach for $36 million. Greg Weadock of Brown Harris Stevens, a Christie’s/EWM affiliate, has the listing for 8 South Lake Trail, a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home. It last sold in 2005 for $28.75 million.

#2 Systemax vice chairman Bruce Leeds is listing his Highland Beach estate for $31.9 million. The eight-bedroom, 13-bathroom mansion at 2455 South Ocean Boulevard has 23,625 square feet. The nearly two-acre site last sold for $5.8 million in March 2011. Beverly Knight of Ocean Estate Properties has the listing.

#3 An equestrian estate at 3405 Olde Hampton Drive in Wellington is on the market for $26 million. The 13-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate includes more than 60 stalls, 14 paddocks, hot walker, treadmill, lunging area and jumping area. Robert S. Ross of Keller Williams Realty – Wellington has the listing.

Broward

#1 A 5,120-square-foot home in Fort Lauderdale was listed for $4.8 million. The residence has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and was built in 1991. Rory Vanucchi of Premier Estate Properties is listing the house at 1736 Southeast 10th Street.

#2 This six bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom mansion was listed for $3.5 million in Weston. It has 8,948 square feet of space, marble and wood floors, smart home technology and a resort-style pool. Heddy Ghersi of Coldwell Banker has the listing at 19349 Waters Edge Street.

#3 A 4,621-square-foot estate was listed for $3.4 million in Fort Lauderdale. The home has views of the Intracoastal Waterway and has 140 feet of docking area along its seawall. It also has hardwood floors, a library, brick facades and a game room. Rory Vanucchi of Premier Estate Properties has the listing at 541 San Marco Drive.
