An oceanfront Vero Beach mansion has been listed for $35 million, and would almost double the city’s record for most expensive home sale if sold at the asking price.

The 18,000-square-foot home was built in 2014 with hardwood and marble floors. It has eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and comes fully furnished.

It also has an outdoor pizza oven, an infinity pool, koi pond and a tiki hut. There are three garages, with one housing a motorized turntable so drivers don’t have to back out.

Vero Beach’s most expensive sale to date was a $20.1 million property that traded in 2012, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The $35 million listing, which is being marketed by Premier Estate Properties, is located at 3700 Ocean Drive. It was built by Katherine McConvey who founded New Jersey-based KMM, a supply chain provider for the communications industry, according to the Wall Street Journal.

McConvey told the newspaper that she thought she would live in the home forever, but decided to see if it will sell. [Wall Street Journal]Sean Stewart-Muniz
