From the South Florida website: New development marketing pioneer Louise Sunshine has put her Miami Beach penthouse on the market, Coldwell Banker broker team the Jills announced Monday.
The two-story, 6,400-square-foot penthouse in the Grand Venetian was listed for $11.75 million and was originally two units. Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg are marketing the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home, which includes three outdoor terraces, a pneumatic elevator, bay views and marble floors.
Sunshine paid more than $4 million for both units in August 2013. She created the Sunshine Group, which later merged with New York-based Corcoran Group.
Penthouse 3 was recently renovated, according to the Jills. Sunshine invested more than $4 million combining and decorating both units. The penthouse features a glass and steel staircase, smart home technology and custom oak wood paneling.
“Combining these two units into one spectacular Sunshine Select Skyhome afforded me the opportunity to create the wall space, volume and dramatic views needed to house my art and mid-century modern collection in the ideal South Beach location,” Sunshine said in a news release.
