Five companies inked renewals, the largest being a 250,441-square-foot lease belonging to the Coaster Company of America, according to a press release. The company distributes furniture in the United States and Mexico, and has been a tenant of the park as a warehouse, office and showroom for 14 years.
The next-largest renewal was 76,326 square feet of office and warehouse space for food and retail distributor Bunzl Distribution Southeast.
Construction machinery giant Caterpillar re-signed its 45,000-square-foot office and warehouse lease; BlueStar Latin America, a global technology company, renewed its 25,238-square-foot lease; and Patterson Pope, which stores and manages records, renewed its 4,503-square-foot lease.
The park was built in 1984 and houses more than 170 companies, including Tommy Hilfiger, Neiman Marcus, American Express, Toyota and GE. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
